I am a frequent customer at this location because, frankly, it's the closest one to my house, & while some other posts mention valid points, many of them are common complaints that I've found at most grocery stores I've been to. One person mentioned messy cart corrals. This isn't because of the store or its staff, but customers who walk to the entrance of the cart corral & haphazardly shove their carts inside, instead of taking five extra steps to make sure it gets placed into the cart ahead of it. Also, if a cart is full of garbage, it's because some lazy, inconsiderate slob didn't bother to throw their trash into one of the garbage cans located at EVERY exit. As for the people who complained about the store being dirty, I'm not sure what grocery stores they're shopping at, but this store is cleaner than 90% of the other stores I've been to. My biggest complaints about this particular store is that if I go in with a list of 10 items, it's almost guaranteed that at least two of them will be out of stock or unavailable. So either they don't order enough, or can't keep the shelves stocked, both of which are serious problems for a grocery store. Another complaint is that like MOST grocery stores, there aren't enough cashiers working during peak times. And finally, yes, the parking lot is horrendous, but that doesn't have anything to do with the store or its employees, but the idiot who designed the lot. I have never found the deli or bakery staff to be rude or dismissive, & whenever I take a loaf of sourdough bread to the counter to be sliced, they're always polite, & have never made me feel like a bother. In fact, every time I'm shopping with my four-year-old son, he always asks to see the lobster tank. One gentleman who works in the seafood department makes a point of taking a lobster out of the tank & showing it to my son every time we visit. One time we were there & he was just at the end of his shift & still had a considerable amount of work to do, so he APOLOGIZED that he didn't have time to take a lobster out of the tank to show my boy. I always forget to get his name, because he deserves to be recognized for his habit of going above & beyond his job description & making the shopping experience a much more positive one for us. The next time I'm there, I'll have to let his manager know what a friendly & conscientious employee he is. All in all, I find this store to be above average in most categories, & if these people are so disappointed with their shopping experience, then they should just find another store in Happy Imaginary Land that doesn't ever have any problems.
